In 2012, our team set out to bring a personal parking experience to the masses. We wanted to bridge the gap of treating someone as a ticket number and a loyal customer. For too long, customers have been slowly been waddled down to a ticket number or transaction when we entrust one of our most valuable possessions to a valet attendant or garage.
Initially we thought we could build a great consumer experience to solve the problem. However a bigger widespread industry issue became apparent – the parking industry was operating on decades old software platform and infrastructure with high replacement costs.
We set out to develop a parking experience powered by a new engine thought from the ground up with a personal customer experience and simplified enterprise software solution at its foundation.
